There is a game-breaking bug that needs urgent attention. There are also some minor spoilers in the hidden text.

There's a game-breaking bug with the secret thief fight on the 3rd (2nd maybe?) floor. Due to a flag set to allow you to continue after getting your party wiped by the thief, you'll be able to move after you fail. However, if you try to leave the area after getting wiped, you'll eventually become softlocked due to random encounters giving you an instant gameover, with you unable to reach the fairy that'll revive you.

spoilers in hidden (a bug again)

The thief has once again stolen the playability of the game. I managed to beat the battle in a single turn, and I softlocked again after claiming my prizes and leaving...

After I won, the defeated thief ended the battle without disappearing. Then, when I tried to leave, he moved two tiles and did nothing else. I was softlocked again, this time much more obviously.

I think next time you should add an unobtainable debug weapon for the sake of finding if such an error occurs, since that'll help test out battle sequences easily and quickly.

Jeez, every time I tried double clicking on your exe file to extract the game it failed. Regardless if I used the v1.0.1 or v1.0.2.

Thankfully, I was eventually able to get around this problem by having winrar extract the game files.
Well, I'm having that trouble with out games now as well. So, I'm guessing my anti-virus software is getting in the way. It used to stop me from unpacking games on this site to scan the executable for viruses, but has apparently been upgraded to just block executables from unknown developers.

Edit: I tracked down the thief in version 1.0.2 and the same game breaking bug not_cocapoda discovered occurred as well. I beat the thief and when I tried to leave the room after collecting the treasures the game soft locked after the thief took a couple of steps.

Your advise is duly noted in the review, will work on expanding characterization & boss fight. Also working on the minor bug you've mentioned in your review. Once again thanks for playing the game, review & pointing out the bugs.
I've also got a Let's Play in the queue, but that doesn't start going public until February.
