Muffle Quest is a comedic, RPG adventure game that focuses on humorous fetch quests which are given by persona's of the RMN community. It's a four part episodic adventure which will eventually feature heavy plot including a story full of revenge, self doubt and overcoming loss. A community driven game that will feature the village of RMN, the City of RMWeb, the strange foreign town of Itchio, and the village of Gamejolt each being featured in a different episode with a party member joining along the way in each one. Follow the criminal hacker Helazz all across the game development, fourth wall breaking world and gain back everything that was lost!
- Fetch Quests:A large part of the game features fetch quests from persona's of the community to raise your MakerScore (reputation) in order for people to take you seriously. This will be a feature in each town, some will be optional and some will be necessary to progress the game.
- Harvest Mechanics:Fishing, mining and harvesting are three core mechanics in the game that will be important to both fetch quests and unlocking secret and powerful items along your journey. Each come with their own special animation made my coelocanth.
- RPG Adventure Elements:An RPG game that focuses on both battle and exploring. While battle is an important part of the game for fetch quests and bosses that you have to beat to progress the story, there's also enough exploration and story inbetween that should entertain players who don't like battling.
- Hidden Secrets:There are numerous secrets hidden in the game that can only be found by exploring heavily. Some may lead you to powerful items and some might lead to just a joke. See if you can find them all!
Constant development updates can be found on my twitter. The demo which contains maybe 70% of the first episode hopes to be released by the end of August and will be a good idea of what to expect from the game.
