Strain is an exploration horror with turn-based elements that marries intricate level design with challenging puzzles and fiendish horrors that borrow from classic survival horror titles to bring you a tense, thrilling gaming experience.

The game focuses on creating atmosphere and allowing the player to explore extensively to find hidden secrets rather than being bogged down in needless narrative and plot elements.
