Coming to the end of a long process

Building A meeting of dreams has been a challenge, but I feel I have poured my heart and soul into this project. I initially started this as something to do during the first lockdown, hence the initial theme (Don't worry, the game soon moves away from that). But as time went on the project got more serious to where it is today, where I would be happy to sell it. I have needed to learn lots of technologies and new programming languages as well as overcoming interesting conceptual and technical challenges and it's fair to say it's cost me a bit of money for some aspects such as music and tools.

I am not an artist so I have had to be inventive when it comes to graphics, taking stock RPG assets and manipulating them in graphics editors or using them in interesting ways in specific scenes. Right from the get-go I knew I wanted to make something different, so a custom lighting plugin was the first plugin I used.

I also wanted to make something that is not the normal RPG maker game and I believe I have done this with this title. Right off the bat I went for no random battles (annoying), strange locations (it's a dream world, right, it should be interesting?) and most importantly an engaging and interesting story, that you the player can have affect on. This I hope should make for an interesting title that I hope you the player would enjoy.

It's not quite finished, yet a bit of polish here and a lot of grammar and spelling checking, but it should be an interesting and fun game at least those who have play tested the earlier beta's say it is (hopefully they are not just sparing my opinions).

I will try and keep you all informed on my progress. Feel free to play the demo and give me any feedback good or bad.
