Communications are down, the wilds are filled with beasts driven to unnatural levels of aggression, and there's a pervasive feeling that *something* is about to happen. But what, exactly, is going to happen? And how does a city that vanished 2000 years ago play into all this?

Features:

- Build up your team! False Skies features a novel class system, where you layer on new classes as you progress through the game. Tired of a basic fighter? Once the time comes, turn them into a Light Infantry for that extra damage, a Dancer if you're feeling lucky, or a Hexer if you're tired of them being a serious damage dealer at all.

- Everyone can equip everything! Sure, Mages work best with rods, but if push comes to shove there's nothing stopping you from giving your one a sword. They may be useless at using it, but there may be classes out there that excel with weapons you wouldn't expect of them...

- Learned a skill that's a direct upgrade of an older one you already have? If it's part of a skill family, it'll be overwritten, keeping your list of skills relatively tidy!

- Fall in battle? No worries; with a fee, you'll be back at the last save point you used or town you went to. Indeed, there's some cases where falling in battle may lead to new things...

- Well over 200 enemies to encounter
- What is probably far too many dungeons than is reasonable

______________________

What's here is pretty substantial, covering 4 main dungeons, and ends right before you'll be able to actually get your class changes.

Scholars get skills that are more effective when used against enemies with higher stats than yours. Given your level, it'll probably not be very useful.
Seers have skills with turn delays, so you can time them to hit all enemies at once. There's a certain skill mages and gunners get that vastly improves a seer's damage output, but I suppose they're fine without it.
Elementalists upgrade generic elemental skills up to their third tier if they've learned them already, and learn a physical/elemental skill if they otherwise have an skill of that element.

As for Stun, I've gone and made the Add-On that deals with it completely nullify stun, instead of merely halving the duration . I've also put the status effect mitigating items in one of the Bind equipment shops, and made the 4th tier of healing items available in the Apargi/Asce/Bind shops. I'll update the build with those changes later today.
heyho

Those 3 robots... make me he ho.

Yes i just got the newest update, the healing item... and then saw i have to defeat 3 of 'em. Please tell me its not for a class. (talking about the thing fixing cables.)

Cause that is PAINFUL xD

Anyways time to grind to max level. Yes i think i should because even with the healing item thats ridicolous amounts of damage i have to survive....

Whatever! Maybe 10 more levels do the trick?

Have a good one.

Btw a small note i want to make... can you hide some tier 3 healing items (like 5-10) before the fight with the healer and the hammer wielder when you get sent away from the continent where mappore is located on? Would mean someone can win in a solo run against them with some chances when switching classes. At least on normal. If i don't go completely insane i might try hard too.... wait wrong note. I AM insane if i try a solo run on hard kek
Beating those guys make getting around the world via the teleporters a lot easier, but they're completely optional, and probably best left until you find the Add-On that halves incoming ether damage, or one of the armors that cuts incoming damage regardless of DEF/SDF.

And yeah, that sounds reasonable. I'll probably have another update sometime today.
A question...
My shadowmage is level 14 now. But i didnt get Nulles.

Please tell me there is no skill amount limit and that is just a bug.... xD

And thanks for that adding =P

Edit: Damn its a skill cap just tried to change to havenmaker... didnt give me the skill. Damn. Alright thats bad game design ngl. xD
You'll be happy to know that, thanks to another, much more obnoxious bug at play, I've punted the problem down and doubled the maximum number of skills a character can have at once.
Hello!

Thats good. I can still think of a few ways to bust the limit, especially if i try, but thats good.

Anyways i played a bit further... and just a question. The one in bind... that needs powerful adventurers... what level do i need for that quest?

Also i think one of the last 3 classes missing is an archer in arpagi, the woman and one i have not find any clues about. Which i need to find clues about since i am already 68. -_-

Can you get me the last location?

Also whats the deal with the horned woman in a long building? Nothing pops in my mind for that... hmm

Have a good one.

Also what bug did you squash you have me curious. lol
Of the three tier 4 classes left, one is obtained just through going through the story, one requires talking to the archer in the house of spring after a certain event, and one requires an ATK stat of 400 to start its associated sidequest up.

As for the bug, it was associated with skill families not advancing when the skill list was full. Doubling the amount of skills you can use at any one time has hopefully made that issue one that can't happen.
... an attack stat of 400.... i shoulda have known given they said she is a fighter. xD

Alright Branch to mine aid!

Thanks man. Looks like i will need to continue the story =P
Alright... I don't get her "challenge" no matter how i walk up, direct, indirectly, etc she always just gives me pugilist. And there are no fights either. (I tried direct, following patterns on the ground, going everywhere, etc)

I don't really see the point of this. And i can't find any other event in the caverns i even stockpiled on repels to not level :/

Edit: NVM i had to talk to her again. xD
Alright... i think i skipped a few steps.

I had the etherite BEFORE finding the emperor and now my logbook says go to the imperial retreat... i have no clue where that is though.

Found it before when doing the quest for the champion data :/

Any clues?
I made a slight change to the on-load text's conditionals so that you have to talk to the emperor before being told to go back to him, but that's a minor enough change that I'll wait until larger bugs show up to make that change live.

As for the Imperial Retreat, it's the building south of Bind. You should be let in if you're at where I think you're at, unless you've missed a few more steps along the way than I'm aware of.
Well currently trying to find these "Luminous caverns" but i got no clue where they are lol

But yes i was let in and immediately taken to the emperors residence. Thats good. Well time to look for these caverns lol They are not on my map thats for certain.
They're close to Apargi, if that helps.
Found it a bit ago... now that i hold all classes... the time has COMETH!

Level 98 HERE I COME the havenmakers powers shall let me prevail in the library where i was so rudely killed so many times ago. For this.... a few thousand foxes and heat dragons shall die

have a good one. xD

Edit: That sad moment you realize... its 20% regen of rec and not x2 :(
A question, why can't i go to the path to the library of alexandria? Last time i went there was when a certain someone was with me but now i cant walk up to the moon anymore. Can i only go there again later? Because that early was ridicolous. (Enemies hitting 2,3k damage when my max HP was 2,7k lol)

Also what do i do with the branch and the draconic jewel? They have a different colour in the bag but i dont know what i can do with 'em.

Have a good one.

Edit: level 87 and the robots finally were felled.... due to my havenmaker powers :D
You can't go there because that's the extra dungeon, and is meant to be a place you only access at the very end of the game .

As for the branch and jewel, they're for a sidequest later on in the game.
Hello!

Another question, this "plush" item in the auction.. can it be bought? I bet like 300k for 5-6 times in a row and the scripted 1 million girl bought it each time. I kinda just want to see what it does, but well.. this is weird.lol

Anyways i am getting ready to finally advance the story. xD

Just grinding disks in case.

Have a good one.
Even if you could buy it, it wouldn't do anything. You can't buy it, in any case.
Good to know.

A lil feedback.. putting all regen as the evolution of regen is kinda bad as its weaker. :/

Probably will be the same for al panacea... damn

Well thats it for now.

Also I like the garm currency thing. :D

have a good one

Edit:
Ah shit these two units in the tower of babel... they are way beyond my level 92 ass. :/

Guess i won't be able to complete my solo run at this rate. damn

The problem is that they can deal more than 50% of my health in a single turn. Which means I simply die. (With max fere)

Edit2: Pure and utter stupid luck of them not using the right moves, amplify (probably helping) and a few more stupid factors got me past this. I am going back to save this cause i can't call this anything but luck xD
I tried like 8 times before and got my ass handed too me. Not now. xD

Edit3: That Girtabiliu... it was weak compared to the air units. You could at least predict it.... oh nvm it has a def down move and just didnt use it until the end. Oh good gracious
Hello Fee Nicks!

I think I broke the game. Totally.

Here is a pic just to demonstrate. :D

Have a good one. (And yes i level up each fight apparently. Started doing this level 99)
