From a development standpoint this game is something quite different from my other stuff.
It's programming is way closer to a classic "visual novel" game, it contains only very few python fragments, and it's strictly linear:
You're presented with a scenario and choices and your choices determine your path.
My other games all had random elements and are more open game-play, you always had some choice regarding what to when and in which order; and each of them is pretty "python-heavy".
On the other hand ... the classic VN game play approach will definitely not work for "rituals".
Furthermore I deliberately disabled most of ren'py's usual "comfort features". You can't save, you can't rollback ...
