Monster World IV RPG is a role-playing game with combat directly inspired by the ever so popular ATB (Active Time Battle) system introduced in Final Fantasy IV, but with its own unique gimmicks.

Wonder Boy games have a design philosophy of being simple to pick up and play for players of all ages, but challenging to master. Dive into the world of Monster World IV in an all new, exciting way!

The very first demo of Monster World IV RPG is officially out! You are able to play as two characters, Asha and Purapril XIII. The game features a game philosophy crossover between Wonder Boy and Final Fantasy.

The demo itself includes two bosses from each franchise, but the Final Fantasy one is a demo exclusive to test out your strategic prowess. It also includes a tutorial and a RPG mode test. Keep in mind that this demonstration was made within one week!

This also serves as a means for me to learn some new coding techniques to prepare for the upcoming Monster World Legends as I had some trouble understanding how to do a handful of things. That said, I hope you enjoy!
