In 1876, the Kawamura family was murdered by an unknown perpetrator. Since then, their mansion has been left untouched, forgotten like the murders that took place there. Such a place is perfect for the horror challenge that seven high school students partake in. But that which seemed like a harmless game with friends quickly turns into something much more sinister.
Take on the role of Haru and help him keep himself and his friends alive by uncovering the secrets of the Kawamura mansion.

This game is a horroresque experience. There are several endings and different main characters depending on story progression.

Is there a way for us to chose which character we use, or is it a linear story which always has us go trough the same character(s)? Looks awesome tho!

First of all, thank you! To answer your question: no, there isn't a way to choose characters. You always start out as Haru. However, it is also possible to play as Yukio with a lot of new story content, but in order to do that, a specific ending must be reached with Haru.
By the way, for those interested, here is the official trailer:

Much appreciated, it works fine now!
Not played a great deal of it, but what I have played has given me some good jump scares in regards to specific scenes! I like the effort put into the detail of the game and its story so far, and appreciate the horror elements it has in both its backstory and the present day storyline that we play in. I need to get a good ending as opposed to a bad one, but so far I am truly enjoying it, and the art as well! Well done on a fun, jump-scare worthy game!

A big thanks to you! I'm really happy that you enjoy it! It is nice to know that the horror elements work well.
Hi, I really wanna try this game but I'm bad with jumpscares.
Can you tell me if they're scary/disturbing pictures suddenly appearing on screen or just things like sudden loud noises?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello, sorry for a fairly late reply!
There are a few slightly disturbing images that appear on screen along with sounds (which aren't particularly loud), but I wouldn't say the pictures appear in a particularly jumpscary-way. They are fairly slow when they appear and, like I mentioned, the sound isn't particularly loud either (it's about the same volume as the other sounds in the game). I suppose the most disturbing/scary part of the jumpscares are the contents of the images, not how they appear. Then again, I'm not someone who gets very affected by jumpscares in general, so I may not be the best person to say if they are bad jumpscares.
It's probably worth mentioning, though, that depending on how you play the game, you may only encounter about 1-2 "jumpscares". At a maximum, I'd say there aren't more than 7-8 scripted "jumpscares" (but that is if you are very unlucky and get the worst ending of all).
I hope that answers your question!
