Hello everyone! This is my submission to the Indie Game Making Contest: Rebirth Game Jam! I picked the theme "Resurrection" for this entry. Hope you all enjoy!

In the Galaxy of Xerxes, Year 255 A.XW. (After Xerian War), Doctor Celsus Mury, an eager scientist of the Archlight Facility has found a way to resurrect an unknown alien corpse, that allegedly came from the other side. Now, Franz Firebird, a curious Journalist, has taken the job to write a story about the experiment. Will Doctor Celsus be able to resurrect the alien corpse, giving Franz a great story to tell and share in the headlines? Or will things go entirely differently?

- Animated turn-based battles
- Immersive Dark, Sci-fi setting
- Short and gameplay focused

Wow I'm loving this game. I'm loving this game so much I could not wait to write something before finishing it. The graphics are amazing, the in-game graphics look much better than the screenshots! I don't remember encountering this with any other game. Thank you for allowing us to save anywhere it was a life saver.

Those enemies, omg, I loved fighting every single one of them, never felt the need to skip them at all. The music is A+, specially the title theme. That scene with the creature shoving people around was something I have never seen done, very refreshing to watch. Overall an excellent experience. Now, it's time for me to finish the game!
Now that I finished the game, I can say What a treat! The change to random encounters was a surprise that kept me on my toes. The battle system has a lot of flavor, each enemy is weak against something. I always used mind control to basically have three party members in battle. It was easy to forget who was weak to what type of attack so I had to constantly make mistakes, I would recommend some key item with a reminder of what an enemy can be weak to.

The mapping was very tasty, I can tell you put a lot of effort into the game. The ability to run in the map without pressing a button, the smoothness of crossing through doors were welcome features. That Astral projection mechanic is something that translates to the real world. The dangers of Astro projecting are real and gave me some scary reminders. The bonuses i got sure came in handy against the horde of enemies after the boss.

Hey! What's up with that final boss, it was brutal! Love it tho ;) It saddens me that the game was so short. I enjoyed every bit of it.
Hi Dream and wow! Thanks so much for playing the game and for leaving such a fun detailed feedback of your experience! <3 I am so happy you enjoyed the game, and yes, I also hoped I could make a way to make the enemy's elements a little more obvious, but alas. xD Im very happy you enjoyed the battles and features I added in the game as well. :D sadly, I had to keep a time limit in the game as it was done for the game jam. ^_^ Anyhow, thanks so much for playing once again. This game btw, is set in the same universe as Rave Heart and Esper Unleashed as you may have already noticed as well. ;) Rave Heart is the larger full game with which if you enjoyed this game's gameplay, I sure hope you'll also enjoy it as well. ^_^
While still trying to beat Elf's Diary(stuck in a boss battle :P), I tried this one.
It was fantastic, i loved the astral plane and the ability to get items in there.
I agree with Dream, that it was easy to forget to what they were weak to(an option would be a balloon in the up part of the screen when the enemy is selected, i think i have seen something like that in other rpgs).
And also, I enjoyed the music a lot.
Great work.
Hi Maston and wow thank you so much for playing the game! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! And yes indeed, I wish there was a way I could've made enemy elements easier to detect. :D <3
