In Thrall, weapons and armor may generate with a red flavor text. These items come with additional effects that are not listed on the item card. Most of these weapons are "Legendary" rarity or higher, and can be obtained from any suitable loot source, but some of these are specific items that can only be obtained as mission rewards.
