Story:
Jeff, the main character, struggles through an endless war of good versus evil. He is the only one who can see the true dark side to his former leader, Dawn. It is kind of challenging to stand against such a dark power when nearly the whole world is on the wrong side, due to blind judgments made by a destructive leader. Not only will Jeff have to fight off an army of mislead, doomed souls, but he will have to stand up against some of the most carnivorous calamities known to man.

It is a story of passion. Not only of love--but love of hate.

The story begins at Jeff's small house with his current lover, Shannon. He just can't seem to get over his father's recent death, caused by Dawn's army, the Legions of Light. His guilt and shame he feels for not protecting his father when he needed it is overwhelming and draining. As an ex-soldier of the legion, he has decided to try to live a life without violence and hatred, but certain circumstances make that dream impossible.

Learn more about Jeff's family and his past as you play through this epic story full of greed, betrayal, and pure evil.

Uploading the game right now! I hope everyone who takes the time to try it out loves it. It is a full, very complete game. I played through it today and it took me almost 9 hours to beat. I would say it is a pretty good-sized game. Not to mention, I think the replay value will be very high, seeing as how you won't even get half the skills in the level up system in one play-through. There are so many spells/items/weapons/skills/shape changes in this game that you will ALWAYS be finding something new. There are also countless secrets and side quests littered through out the large towns. The battles are intense. The bosses are intense. This has been a game I have always wanted to make.

Honestly, if you haven't play Under World 2, you probably don't need to for this one. There are some pretty big references to Under World 2 in this game, but overall I would say its all pretty easy to figure out.

Enjoy and let me know if you come across any bugs. I have been desperately working on this game, searching for every bug I could find, fixing everything I thought was off, but it is seriously such a huge game that there's no way I could ever get it perfect. If you come across a bug that gets you stuck, email me and I will get back to you ASAP. I am very speedy when it comes to emailing people back and I will do anything in my power to improve your gaming experience with Under World 3. But I do have a job...so if I don't respond to your email all day, that's probably why.

Anyways, thanks for taking the time to play! Time for me to go to sleep. Wow, it's friggin' 4:50 in the morning. Hopefully my download will be finished and approved by the time I wake up.
The game is up for download! Make sure you read the "readme" that comes with the download before you install. It should explain everything you need to know. If you have further issues after reading that, let me know ASAP and I will help you as best I can.

Either email me: eagankid@yahoo.com

or

Just post something here. Though I would prefer you to email me, but either way will do just fine.
Will probably post a new version of the game sometime fairly soon. Nothing TOO major being changed...just a few visual points.
So is anyone having any trouble unzipping the files? If you are, you can unzip it with 7zip.
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z465.exe
http://www.7-zip.org/

If others are having the same issues I just had last night when I downloaded the zip to test it out, I will upload a new version where you don't need 7zip. I'm not sure what exactly happened, but damn...computers piss me off sometimes.
Downloading now. How did I miss this? HOW?!
Sweet! Let me know if you have any questions/difficulties.

Also, just to let everyone know...I am making a "Let's Play" series for this game--or like a walkthrough. I will be uploading it to youtube all at once when I finish through the entire game and I'm probably going to add commentary and what not as well. There will obviously be spoilers in it, just to be clear.

One more thing. If anyone needs to contact me about anything at all, email me at eagankid@yahoo.com OR IM me in yahoo at the same address...eagankid@yahoo.com.

That is all.
It says 'RGGSS102E.dll could not be found' is that the RTP? I just got a new computer.
I transfered the file from another game and it says RTP couldn't be found. Could you put up a download with those two files? I'm going to get the RTP myself though.
http://rpgmaker.net/games/1333/downloads/

Yep! Click that link and I already have the extra files you need. It's actually a zipped RTP that you need to extract to your computer. After you install it, the game should run just fine.

Let me know if you have more questions.
Hmmm... Never used Vista before so I'm not completely sure, but I did some research and learned that RPG Maker XP has issues running in Windows Vista.

Just try to download this: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/pop.php?rgss102e

Then put it in your C:/Windows/System/ folder.
CORRECTION: Put it in your C:/Windows/System32/ folder instead.

Not a genius when it comes to computers...so I'm not even sure exactly what the difference is between the System and the System32 folder is. But I know that the .dll file needs to go in System32 instead.

Hope it works! Let me know.
Why is there no Under World 1 on this site?
Because the first one is pretty bad... I can upload it, I spose...but I made it a long time ago when I didn't know nearly as much. It was also made with RPG Maker 2003, so the quality lacks a bit more.
Is the game not working for you? I will do what I can to get it working. Whats the problem?
There seems to be some differences between the tutorials at the beginning of the game and what is actually there. For example, the first tutorial describing attacks said the stamina bar was above my hp, but the hud had the stamina bar below my mp. Also, another tutorial said the short sword would give me 15 attack points, but in reality it was 20.
