I like it, are the health and stamina adjustable as well?

Well I don't think they should be per mentally adjustable, but maybe there could be short boost items. Like energy drink or adrenaline needles or something to give you a little bit of edge when the going gets tough. Plus if you make it so they aren't permenant it'll add to the intensity of the game because when you're in trouble and you need it, you'll know you only have a few seconds of help.
