1st & 3rd - go talk to Karusman and go to the Moronic Forum, go to the bar and enter and talk to Craze in the backroom

2nd - talk to Ocean's Dream at the orphanage, talk to Healy at the cafe, go to the grocery store, go back to the cafe, talk to Ocean

4th - go to Nightblade's Mansion past Homepage Forest, go into his office, watch the cutscene, find AFD in town

Finally - go to the train station and talk to WIP
