28th of July, tomorrow, is my 17th birthday and the anniversary of the first demo release of this game. I think.
Actually I think I postponed it but meh.
I'll draw a picture of the characters that were based on myself and my friends/testers/annoying siblings tomorrow just for randomness. I drew one of some other characters in Christmas hats and I CAN CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY HOW I WANT DAMMIT.

Just finished extending the ice caves and adding an optional side-quest that you can come back and do later if you so wish. Though I've designed it in such a way that if you're beaten first fight it won't be a big enough margin that the player will just give up- they'll go grind and then beat her, which is kind of my intention since I want the player to have her before the Volcanic Tunnels. Yay Shiva.

I plan on adding chests and secret areas to other levels but I have to fix the switch handling in the Reactor. I have a couple of maps I want to add to it and I want the player to be able to explore all maps if they want to so...
I rewrote the intro again in case I didn't mention it and started work on animating a short opening/picture montage. It'll take me a while since it's about 10 images but it doesn't need a lot of animating besides what I already have done and mouth movements so it'll be done soon.

Please note I am heavily considering pushing the release date back since I am really, really busy in August- I have musical performances, college open days to attend, 3 birthdays, assignments, that stupid weekly art folio...well you get the idea.
I'm doing my best but as my dad keeps nagging at me, my hobbies come second.
