I don't think I would that great in recommending any particular FFVI and Tactics songs since I didn't play them. However, I did figure out something for you. Apparently, FFVI was released as FFIII initially. I found the track listing for FFVI:

You just need to click show for each disc. Here are the result of searching FF in vgmusic.com:

I took a quick look and some of the tracks listed as FFIII are actually from FFVI which you can verify in Wikipedia or the other way around (it's probably easier). There are also a few correctly listed FFVI and FFT tracks.
Two tracks I would like to recommend since they come from the Phantasy Star RPGs I actually did play:

I don't know if they fit somewhere in LoD but I'll leave that for you to decide. (:

Yeah, I won't have trouble accessing the music/finding the tracks for the games; I was just looking for any suggestions. I'm thinking about going all-MP3...

Yeah, from 2006-2007 I was one of the highest profile editors/admins. That ship has sailed :)
I hope nobody objects if I focus a lot on Final Fantasy tracks. This IS basically Hero's Realm meets Final Fantasy :)

The Bigboss theme and boss theme are really cool.
Yeah, I love 'em too. I'm shamelessly using some mainstream soundtrack choices for this one.

Barthandelus Battle Theme was one of the few songs from FF 13 that knocked my socks off.
I think that's the only Final Boss song since FF VI and VII that was that good.
EDIT: After about a year now :P or semi final boss not sure how you would list it since It's not really the FINAL boss :P
