I assume you still want feedback, so...
I can't entirely remember what the VX dungeon tileset pieces were like, but this map lacks visual interest. The halls are pretty same-y and there's nothing particularly dynamic about the layout. I think the tileset does contain some fallen rocks/debris, and you could add sections with water/growth(like the wall vines)to give the area some variety.
I'm not particularly feeling water/vines for this cave. Rocks/debris should be fine, though. Maybe some elevation as well? I dunno. I recall elevation being harder to relay with VX's tileset.
*Edit: I think I forgot to ask myself what the nature of this cave was. Is it man-made, or naturally-formed? If it's man-made, wouldn't there be something here that is worth something (such as a resource that would be mined)?
