Does this map say "classroom" to anyone? Or do I stretch the imagination too far?

The classroom is in need of walls.

Higher/more walls means less seemingly empty space. Good call!
I think you got me wrong there. The room here only has a 'roof' and no real walls, which makes it look really unprofessional.
This is what it should look like. (Before you ask: The chalkboard's not included with the RTP) I also expanded the map's height by one panel, so the room won't look too squished. So this is how this scene could've looked like:
I'm in no way trying to offend you, I'm just giving advice :-)
At that, I'd very much close it in more like the desks being 1 tile away from the walls or something. Classrooms are supposed to be really crowded. But yeah having walls is a little more important.
The whole walls thing was probably unnecessary. It looked to me like the creator had the "real walls", but the screenshot was taken one tile too far away from it, so it wasn't visible. You can clearly see at the bottom of the shot that he had a front wall established, so he would have naturally established a back wall as well.

Oh no, it was very necessary. It looks like this now because I updated the screen shot after listening to these suggestions, and the suggestions on my other images.
Ah. Didn't realize that. In that case, disregard my comment, haha. :]
