Apparently, I subscribed to this game somewhere around 4 1/2 years ago, before I randomly disappeared. Perhaps I should finally give this a play!
I tried the game myself, and I will say that it's...well, decent so far. I haven't gotten to the end, so I can't give a fully validated opinion just yet.
The start of the game isn't really what I'd call bad, especially in comparison to another Rpg Maker game I played earlier. I would have enjoyed getting a better idea of where to take Goho, but since I was able to find out quickly it's not something I'll complain about.
I also enjoyed seeing Masako early on. XD

I'm not really sure how I could have been clearer about where to go at the beginning, but, I hope I've learned a bit about that since I made this game!

Although I didn't make it that far into the game (I didn't do that well), I'll give what I consider a partially validated opinion based on what I've experienced.
I would have tried to get farther, but my skill was poor and I got a bit too much to do right now. But I can still give a small review on what I've seen.
I'll start with the characters I got to know;
Goho was amusing, and funny at times. I also liked what he said about the debate club (though if I was in his place, I would have made a harsher statement). He's a decent character for the most part, though I liked him and found him to be interesting.
I already knew Joruri before playing this game (thanks to Heartache 101), though here I felt her dialog was...somewhat lacking. Still, she showed a personality and was enjoyable.
I think you might already know my opinion on Masako. ^^
Unfortunately, I don't really have much to say about the other characters, and for that I'm sorry. XP
Now for the other aspects of the game that I've seen; the story itself was okay. It wasn't really anything that stood out, but I've seen much worse (you can see me reading fine examples with my friend on her show).
The plot wasn't that unique or interesting, though it had enough decency to gain my curiosity on what would happen next.
As for the gameplay, I think the fights and the enemies Goho faces aren't really anything special, although it's still fun to a degree. It was challenging, and tough enough to halt my progress.
Overall, this game was okay. It wasn't bad, it was certainly more entertaining than another Rpg Maker game I was playing recently. Even though it's not something I'd get into, it's definitely not what I'd call a bad job.
I think this game shows that you have the potential to make something a lot of people are going to like even if this game is nothing special, and I'm sure you'll make a pretty good game in the future.

I dunno about "a lot of people", but, I've heard good things about Okiku, Star Apprentice, Myriad Cypher, and Might and Magic TsuK.
