Cross your fingers: I contacted Enterbrain.

I've tried everything I could think of to fix my server connection problem, and I have yet to reformat. One of the suggestions I read said that the website could have my IP Address blocked, so I decided to contact Enterbrain to see if this is the case. If it is, I might be one step closer to repurchasing RPG Maker XP. Cross your fingers.

Something just occurred to me...What if they only speak Japanese? I'm screwed, if that's the case.

The website was in english, so they must reply back in english.. if they reply in japanese then just show's poor customer support -o-

Oh, another thing I should do is change my game description. *slight spoilers, but necessary ones* The more and more I was developing it, the less and less it seemed that one of the worlds was fake. To the point where a couple of characters from one world were talking about going to the other.

I was thinking that it was Ertinal (becuase it had a talking cat) but thinking about it she could be suffering from memory lost and keeps going into a coma and then is transported into the coma-world(!?) at different parts of the game. Oh it could be all kitty's little dream :|

In any case, I have bad and good news. The bad news is, Enterbrain hasn't answered my email yet. (I know I sent it last night, but I'm impatient!!). The good news, though, is that I haven't received an email saying my email couldn't be sent, so there is still lots of hope left!

Yep thats japanese email... but they should translate it.

If all else fails... use GOOGLE TRANSLATOR.
Yer i know it sucks but it can read japanese better than u.

I'm now confused in the story of a game I cannot complete right now, and I'm super impatient about the fact that Enterbrain hasn't contacted me, and I so want to work on this game that I thought would be just some title that would be completely forgotten or ignored but somehow became really popular...ish.

I resent the email, this time in Japanese. Now there's no excuse.

EDIT: Unfortunately, this is what my email translates BACK into...

Hi, I'm trying to activate your product, RPG Maker XP, it could not connect to activation server. Further investigation, I noticed that the site was unable to connect to any server location. I (I think the DNS flush connection, I disable the firewall, to clear my Cookie) tried everything and nothing worked. And I believe that only one connection problem. Easily connect your site to others. I was wondering if my IP is blocked in some way address. If it is, please, either fix it? I love this product, I will use it forever.
