I contacted you two weeks ago in both English and Japanese, and you still haven't answered. In case you don't know, I can't connect to your site to purchase a product. It's a very serious problem, because I really want to use your product. But you are being very uncooperative about the whole situation. I feel that you have purposely ignored my email. Don't ignore this one.
I seem to be the only one with problems connecting to your site, and I think my I.P. address is being blocked. If you would be so kind as to check, I'll be grateful. Answer back.

SO, is this too mean? Or not mean enough?

God Emptybrains really doesn't care about their customers, eh?

To be honest, it comes across as forceful and accusing. If they have blocked your IP address from the site (which I seriously doubt unless you've come into legal issues with the company) then there's nothing you can do about it. If nothing wrong has been done and you still cannot connect then I don't know what to say.

You could give me their address so I can go blow their HQ up.

But seriously, this is getting ridiculous. Activation codes help NO ONE!

That would probably be why I'm having this problem in the first place.
How exactly are you contacting Enterbrain? Are you using the Sales or Technical Support forms in their official website? (http://rpgmakerweb.com/salessupport.html | http://rpgmakerweb.com/techsupport.html ).
I think you mentioned in a previous blog post that you sent them an e-mail... I suggest you change your approach.
The site those technical support lines are on is why I'm not able to buy and activate RMXP in the first place.
So you are unable to access the site at all?
Yeah man fuck the man man fuck the system
Great business model. Never make your products easier to steal than they are to buy.
Except with the stealing method, there's still a chance that someone will steal something from you, so it's pretty bad.

Frankly, I'd be more interested in why this is happening rather than why Enterbrain hasn't gotten back to you. I strongly suspect that there's some weirdness going on with your browser, but I have no idea.
I've tried connecting to it with a few different computers (at my house.) I even tried to connect with my PS3. Still nothing. I have no idea why I am not able to connect to this site at all!
Go over a friends house and use his internet and get the activation code.. or maybe just use a different network, thought of that? 8)
That would require a lot of moving a computer, and different network?
search for different networks with your wireless, of course it's best not to use your neighbours connextions, unless you ask for permission. See if there is any nearby wi-fi spots that you can use.

I think what Star is suggesting is that you simply try to visit the website in a location other than your house. Try the local library, supposing it has internet access. I wouldn't suggest actually doing anything, but it would be an experiment to see if it really is "just you" or if it's a larger problem with your area's connectivity.

*Edit: Oops! Star kinda beat me to it. Oh well.
I don't think the library is on very good terms with me, considering I lost my library card five times, buying a new one ($2) each time I lost them, and finding the one I lost the next day. :/
