Putting a call out for new testers!

A new beta build is being completed and should be done within the week. After its finished, we only have a few more items left to finish and a crapton of bugs I'm sure testers will find to fix, but then after 6 years, it'll finally be done!
So I am announcing this call out for any and all testers who can verify/show they have quality testing experience here on RMN to challenge my game. It is not for the faint of heart and I dare say I compare it to Mega Man and Bass in terms of difficulty; so if you can't measure up to that, don't step up to the plate of tester. Granted, we have a Ctrl+R cheat enabled so you can constantly restore your health, but we're prefer you not use that to get an accurate assessment of difficulty.
What we also need is testers who will be devout in providing feedback and bugs. The previous round of testers, although useful, eventually dropped off the face of the world and never reported back to us again. We want dedication, not something you do in the spare minutes of your day. If you don't feel like you can hack out the time to devote to this, don't apply either. Testing Mega Man games requires a certain degree of tenacity and perchance for repetition and tedium; so if dying in every single spot just to see what happens next is your thing, this might very well be your testing gig.
So we should have a build ready within a week's time. Who has the next month basically free to devote to this and the skill level to test it? Please step up and Respond here and PM me your personal email. Thank you!

I'm willing to help! I don't have RMN "testing experience" per say, but I am pretty great at Megaman games.

I'm just about on summer break too, so I'll have time to help out. :)
I would love to test this game! I'm a huge Mega Man fan, and I've only recently found out about this game but I would love to help it become a better game. I already PM'd you because I posted in the wrong spot, unfortunately.
I've been following this game for a while, and although I don't have much experience Beta Testing in general, I do love Mega Man games. I'd definitely be willing to test it out for any bugs. Plus, it would be great practise for a Mega Man Perfect Runs series on my YT channel. I'm currently still on MM1 (Just Elec and Ice Man left to beat :P)
Ice Man and Elec Man are definitely horrible levels to perfect run for sure, but doable. As for you three, you are definitely on the beta tester list right now. So...be patient, we should have a working build sometime this week to finally beta test. Look forward to it!

Actually the Elec Man level is seriously easy. The only problem is that big eye at the boss gate, and Elec Man himself is my timing screws up. Ice man's a bitch though cause footholders.
EDIT - I finally got my Elec Man footage. Attempt 26, mostly the other attempts failing due to Big Eye and his luck based jumps, but I seriously am glad to have that done. Now I only have the Ice Man left... Then Mega Man 2.... Oh god Quick Man...

Also, I still cannot wait for the build you've got for the game. I've been brushing up on all of my Mega Man skills for this game, since I know just how many death spikes and evil platforming sections there will be.

Meh. That's kind of the cheapest excuse to dismiss viable criticism in level design. In my opinion, if you want the best results, you should really get a diverse range of people to play your game. People who know the ins-and outs may not catch the same flaws as those who don't.

... And with that regard, are you still opening this up? Because I'd like to give it a try. :)
Give me a PM with your email and some creds and you're in like flynn.
