An old-style rm2k3 game.

Many things are happening
Monsters are appearing, goblins are gathering, Deutka've has declared war on Stormia and a temple of darkness has been repaired: is everything connected somehow? Maybe. Probably.

Crawl through a bunch of dungeons, defeat powerful creatures and bake cakes!

Features:
Bunch of charactors.
FF rips!(taken with permision from hero's realm) (FF dawn of souls enemy graphics)
Bake cakes for bonus power! Fish cakes are included!
Catch fishies!
And more!

Dont diss cake!

Ice cream cake maxes your stats.
Seeing that you just started this game, I I would really like to advise you not to use RTP graphics, most people are not interested in that kinds of games and it makes your game not unique. Also good mapping is like an inventation card, if people don't like that they don't even bother (no matter how good the rest of your game is). It's sad but it's true :(.
Im using rtp chipsets, the rest i will be changing.

I definitly to practice mapping.

And ripped/Mac & Blue/refmap graphics make games unique? Not interested in "that kinds of games"? I could direct you towards Hero's Realm and beg to differ. I'd also like to quote myself on why games that are unique aren't necessarily good.

All because something is unique does not mean that it's good. Case in point, I couldn't even stand Yume Nikki. Big empty maps with no clear indication of a way out nor direction = terrible game design. This is the problem with most games that promote their custom graphics/systems. Such games, at their core, do nothing new with the systems, and even more fall back on those systems to make their games any good while everything else suffers.

I would much rather play a Final Fantasy fangame using RTP graphics and music that was highly entertaining, well put together, complete with a compelling storyline than "Hey, look at my menus! Oh, my game? Bah, I just took the tree graphic and put them symmetrically in a square for this one map. Go back and drool at that amazing battle system I slaved over for 7 months."

The RTP chipsets are remarkably versatile, varied and well put together, and their style suits the 16-bit era graphics quite well.

Using RTP is just as valid a choice as using, say, REFMAP or rips from some SNES game.

The part about RTP being boring, not attractive, or not unique isn't entirely true. It depends on how you use the RTP chipsets. To be honest, I prefer RTP to most custom resources UNLESS the entire game uses custom resources.
