It's a good thing I'm not adverse to this kind of stuff, being the effeminate gentleman I am, otherwise I don't think I could have stomached this.

This game comes from delightfully twisted mind of LockeZ and it shows just how twisted he can be. What is this game about? It's about picking flowers and blowing bubbles...and not much else. LockeZ' map design is at it's usual level of excellence and we've actually got some decent gameplay in a game about picking flowers.

Graphics: Basic RTP, well used. Again I ask (because I asked this in forums) in what universe do people leave their expensive bass viols unattended by park benches? I mean, they're everywhere!

Gameplay: :::Sigh::: I'm picking flowers...this is so cool...I'm picking flowers...Wait a minute, wait a minute. After you pick 25 flowers, you have to recharge, either by taking a nap, or by blowing bubbles. You can take a nap or you can go to the roadside stand by your house and by a bottle of bubbles, but you have no money so you will have to sell the flowers you've picked. I chose to sleep the first time, got up, picked more flowers, and leveled up. Now I can pick 27 flowers. This is a good thing to know because there's a giant monstrosity growing in front of a stage keeping musicians from even more of their bass viols (violas, violins, whatever: with 8-bit pixel art, viol is as accurate as anything), and you need to be able to pick 50 flowers at a time in order to get rid of it. There so I know that I will need to pick flowers for at least an hour before I can pick this thing. Yay. Well thought out game mechanics, plenty of quests to distract us from the more stupefying effects of this flower picking game, and limits to necessary game abilities. So far so good.

Music: From Madonna to Cyndi Lauper, this game is loaded with 80s and 90s grrl-power bubblegum teen riffs. Some of them make me cringe, but I actually happen to like some of these artists, so aside from the significant copyright issue this game now has, good selection, LockeZ: this music is perfect for you subject matter.

Writing: What should I do today? Let's pick flowers! This is really all there is to the writing.

Premise: Fun fact: LockeZ made this game for his girlfriend, who kept pestering him about it, and then dumped her for liking it.

Conclusion: I'll never play it again, but I guarantee that if you promote this game on children's sites, you're going to have legions of girls from 5 to 14 begging for a copy. Take care of those copyright issues; this game could make you rich.
