Animation Editor

I'm still chipping away at this thing here. This animation editor is different in that it works in a timeline (shown in frames on the left). When you set a cell, it remains there for the entire animation until you do something with it. When you want it to disappear, select it and click erase at the frame you want it gone. If you make a cell in one frame, jump down to a later frame, and modify the cell, it automatically interpolates everything. You can intercept the cell in between if you want to add additional action, and it will automatically be interpolated correctly (it then also interpolates from that new state to the final one).

Often you'd just want something to play through its frames so you'd set the first cell as frame 1 and then the last cell as the last frame (for however long you want the animation to take).

Not pictured here yet is the child button. This will let you spawn a different animation at that location to play, enabling for complex animations of many cells.
