Question! Are windows being drawed, like, part by part? Or is there a command to draw a window in a certain spot, with a certain width/height? Same question for the gauges and numbers.

You can make anything pop up, and replace whatever default menus with the popping up of things.

Awesome! I mean it's still possible now with show picture events and stuff in Rm2k and 2k3, but it's cool to see an official and non-hacky way of doing it.

You can create bars, numbers, window frames, cursors, etc.

Both in the old RPG Maker 20XX and in RPG 20XX you'll also be able to draw character sprites (battle or map), faces, etc.

Makes custom menus a snap.
