Blue Magic suggestions.

Anyone have ideas for Blue Magic spells? Let me know and I'll put 'em in the database! Anything from elemental spells to status attacks to battle event gimmicks are fair game!

Wouldn't that depend on the monster? If I saw some monster info I would shoot some ideas around.

I think given the atmosphere you should either make food puns, like purée power or futuristic skills like Magic Missile.
Or just whatever suits the monster?
Umm... FF classics could be there...
Also...
Ray: Inflicts Star-elemental damage and silence on all foes. Damage directly related to caster's INT. (Int weight: 10.)
Lunar Dance: Regen, Haste and Berserk on the whole party. May or may not affect foes aswell?
Traveler - Deals damage based on steps taken on all foes.
Onyx ray - Deals damage (secretly) based on the ammount of onyxes on the party's inventory to all foes.
Trio of 9 - Deals a certain "999" damage on a single foe.
Chaotic Shock - Bestows all statuses - negative and positive - on a single foe.
Chaotic Aura - Same, but affects one ally.

People, give more ideas.

Thanks, Joseph! Food puns might work too, though I'm generally keeping that to Ryoo in my chapter.

Trio of 9 could be a blast -- assign a variable to one of three results: 9 damage, 99, or 999. Would probably be effective mid-game when most midrange skills are dealing 350-400 damage (and twice that if the enemy is weak). That one could get a cooking theme -- the crappier the result of the dish, the more damage dealt :)
I don't really know how you'd program most of these, but this is a time for brainstorming.

Hyper-Metabolize: Haste or Attack-up & Poison self
Brawler: 4 attacks to random allies/enemies
Combo: Deals more damage every time it's used in one battle
Begrudge: Deals back all damage suffered in the next 3 attacks; deactivates if the caster is killed
Reaper Pact: Casts Death on all enemies, caster loses all HP and MP
Nebula Arrow: 0-50% HP damage
