Will Big Jeff play any role throughout the game? :)

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

The most you're likely to ever see out of Big Jeff is more bullet holes getting shot through his wall from the inside while you're trying to walk by.
