Here's something radically different from my previous SMBX game. It follows most of the rules from the original SMB2. Jump on enemies, pick them up, throw them at other enemies. Here's a list of what you can expect:

Mostly SMB2 style gameplay.
Simple world map (more like a stage select screen).
No swimming.
Powerups: Fire, Ice and Bomb.
Multiple paths through the game.
A total of 12 unique worlds with 60 stages.
Checkpoint in every stage.
Birdo guarding exits.
Collect 5 cherries for a bonus.

It's a fairly average world. Since it sticks so close to strictly SMB2 gameplay, it doesnt take full advantage of all of smbx's assets and gets kinda repetitive fast. There's not much variety in level design. I also ran into alot of glitches, most commonly the 'coin stuck in wall' glitch. I've also had a freeze occur when i tried picking up a bouncing key. Overall, its not very interesting and maybe a bit too long.

I would have more makerscore If I did things.

I've noticed none of your games have reviews.... I plan on changing that, I'll be Reviewing (Not Lping them, recording and SMBX, for me, don't mix.) them for a few reasons....
1: I wanna play the games!
2: MAKERSCORE
3: Inspiration! I'm currently making a sort-of SMBX2 game, and need some ideas and such.

So expect something in the near future.

I should probably mention that I'm in the middle of an LP of this game. Just search for it on YouTube if you're interested. There's probably at least one person still paying attention to this game.

I'll watch it! I know how difficult making LP's can be, and I appreciate when someone can step up and do it.

You may want to point out that you need to push up to exit the pipe or people might just try to jump out.

Also, I'm quickly discovering that its a pain to pluck coins.

Good point. And you can skip the coin plucking if you want. There are plenty inside the pots.

Can't wait; Your first game was fantastic! Why didn't you participate in RMN Bros. 2?

Thanks. I wasn't active when RMN Bros. 2 was being made. If there's ever a third one though, I plan on participating. Until then, it's time to get started on another game.

I'll be playing this soon. It looks good and retro with a spin :-)
