Demo finally added.

Well, it's finally here. There are a few little bugs/passability issues here and there, but it should work fine. Oh, and i forgot to delete the two save games already in the folder.

Nice to see you're progressing! I know it can get really stressy when you've worked on a project for a longer time and want to get it done for once.
What does this demo cover by the way? Is it an upgraded version of the old one(s)?

I'm wondering the same here. Regardless, I'll give you some feedback once I get a chance to play it.
It's an upgraded, slightly longer version of the old demo. Different battle system, more areas to explore, re-worked a few cutscenes, edited intro etc. =) And passive abilities as well.

Depends on where you are in the game.

Now, I'm to venture into the Forest of Pan and earn some koruna for getting rid of some monsters; about half an hour into the game.
They keep returning though...how do you manage to finish the quest?
Also that town where you can go above that I mentioned...it still stays black when you enter.
You should check the dialogue between Laine and Patrick in the cave with the boss; Pat says "best best" in a sentence, next to each other.

Edit: I just completed the demo and I must say the story is wonderful and Laine is enchanting. I can say that there's some love thing to happen between Laine and Patrick some time into the game. And that cutscene in the skirts of Landen...I don't think i=you should end a demo with such information, but then again you decided to do it to interest the player in further game, right? This game definitely deserves praise.
@Roy: You should talk to Edgard if you finished up that sidequest. If that is the one you are referring to. The slimes will keep spawning regardless since all battle encounters are evented, but I'll use a switch in the future to stop them from re-spawning completely ( and that blank screen at the outskirts is as a result of a switch. I forgot to switch it on... )

@Noel:

Thank you for that. Yes, I did end the game deliberately on that cutscene. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
You know, Laine remains of a character around which I want to write a story: that character is also a female mercenary
is a noble, because of certain events (I can't think of those; haven't even finished the prologue yet ;P )

And geez...I can't shake of similarities between Laine and Final Fantasy XIII Lightning (I explicitly wrote "FFXIII" as FFXIII-2 and LR:FFXIII doesn't portray real Lightning), and while I enjoy both games, yours is just touching.
@Noel: Yeah, Laine's resemblance to Lightning is rather striking. But it was never intentional, haha. The only FFs I've played are X-2 and 12.

I played more, and currently have two unfinished (FFVII and FFVIII). If you can, I recommend playing FFXIII despite the harsh opinion on its linearity and poor gameplay: the characters' story development is amazing and you can see how (most) playable character evolve over the course of game.
