Something about her face looks very off, though.
I think it's the shape of the head, or her hair makes it seem like the head is weirdly shaped.
For me at least :P

From what I can tell, the right side of Leiko's face and hair (from the viewer's POV) looks rather flat compared to the rest of her portrait. Her right eye is a bit too far from the center, and her bangs look like their drawn from a front view, rather than an angle.
A good way to tell if something is off is by mirroring the image. Good anatomy will look natural when flipped around, and the eyes of the artist wouldn't have gotten used to the incorrect anatomy. When I flipped it, the right side of Leiko's face looked stretched too far away from the rest of her, which looked inconsistent considering the rest of her anatomy looked pretty spot on.
Here, I did a quick little edit to the image:
I moved the right eye and hair closer to Leiko's center, and moved her right side bangs down and left. The bangs could still probably go a little further left, but hopefully it's a little clearer what I mean. I hope this was helpful in some way!
Other than that, I'm liking everything that's going on in this screen!
