Marrend? May I humbly ask for your current schedule regarding updating the OCC zip file? Sometime in June, right?

What's the OCC zip file?
I'll post an upgraded compilation of my stuff around end of May, then.

If there's any (other) way I might offer my help to you regarding this update, please feel free to contact me.

It's a file holding a good amount of the custom content that people have made for this game, if I'm not mistaken.

Correct. "OCC" is short-hand for "official custom content" (if including a "D" at the end, indicates "download"). It includes all characters (or sets of characters) that have been released on this site, or on the now-defunct official site (before it became defunct!), in some way, shape, or form.

For full disclosure, I am aware of two characters that are not included in the ZIP file on purpose. Their authors have deemed the content cancelled, and requested/authorized their removal.

*Edit: In any event, the blog concerning the OCCD, and it's contents, can be located here.

*Edit2: Welcome to RMN, and the Heartache forums, Ezfia! Share your creativity with us!
Quick question, what happened to the "class chart" that listed where all of the canon characters' classes were? I vaguely remember seeing something like that somewhere here but I forgot where.

I may not recall the exact post where it existed, but, I do recall who it was that posted it, and that it was a locker-file.

I believe like names in italics are NPCs, or otherwise characters that cannot be dated. The chart was uploaded as of of May 30th 2012, which probably means this represented all known (completed?) characters up to that point.

Hmm... i don´t think I make my own scn at this or try ...
May it was little easier make this that scanerio than make game to it... ?

Have a look at this fragment please:

Girl: Searching for her again, huh?
Kazuhiko: What's your problem?
Girl: That corpse skinned s___.
Girl: She's my problem.
Girl:Bad enough that she's going out with my brother, now I even get run over by boys drooling after her.

Is her language maybe too strong?
Situation: last time she and Kazuhiko met, he run her over because he was distracted by another girl (one with a pale complexion).

She obviously doesn't like that other girl, and she's supposed to be a Tsundere.

I'd personally stay away from profanity like that, but, that doesn't necessarily mean it has no place in the game. Though, if there was an F-bomb, I'd say "yeah, you might want to reword that", unequivocally.
Would you prefer words like
tramp or floozie
maybe?

The rest of her words aren't too bad, are they?

Azami is supposed to be very mad about Karen - and very explicit about the reason why.

She might not have the right perspective ... but that's another thing.

Hmm. She might call her "flower" (or "hana") ... but I'm not sure that this would be clear enough.

The thing about calling her "flower" is that the tone of her voice would probably sound more sarcastic/condescending than what that term might normally relay, and would give credence to her true feelings on the matter. However, relaying that tone via text might be a tad tricky. I suppose we could use a Kazuhiko thought-bubble in that regard?

*Edit: Though, I think I'd be okay with "floozie", if that is of any assistance.
Thank you for your input, I think I'll use something like "flower" plus thought bubble maybe. The remark about her skin color is OK?

EDIT: Nah - that doesn't quite work either. She'll just call her "corpse skinned snake" that'll be enough.
Let's play "spot the Tsundere" ...

The one on the left, yes. XD

Is the one on the right like Lia? XP

Sorry, but I don't know whom you're talking about.

I believe Lia and Khaldia (maybe another?) were considered as potential Heartache characters, but, as Zakariya discussed with me more about what he wanted to happen in the content, I suggested he make his own VN. Of course, the fact that he didn't necessarily want the game taking place in a Japan-like place was a huge factor in his ultimate decision to follow said advice.

Speaking of, have you considered making your own VN, Garage? I don't mean to say that your content is unwelcome, but, with how many characters/routes you're making, it might be worth your while to look into.
I thought about it a few times. Especially when dealing with some of Heartaches ... peculiarities - like how it's impossible for my scripts to know if they kissed on a generic date or not.

But frankly I like having HA as a context (or "framework") and not having to bother myself too much with details like background graphics and stuff (aside from the few cases I really like doing so).

The way it is, I can focus on events, plotlines and tachie and don't have to worry myself with providing a character background for our Kazuhiko or stat management or the setting ... or anything else that is handled by the Game itself.

Furthermore, most of my stuff is independ from each other so "maybe-I-call-it-Rivalries" would be my 4th VN ...

In short: there's a trade-off between freedom to do things the way I'd want and the hassle of actually doing so. And currently I'm pretty comfortable with the way things are here.

That makes sense.

Personally, I enjoy your content and greatly look forward to what you have in store for this game next.

That, and the stories were a bit too dark for Heartache 101 to begin with. XP

Thank you for your feedback. It's always good to know that my stories are enjoyable for someone. ;)

My new project will take some time, I fear. Current plans include three overlapping but separate routes and about five different endings involving Karen (the freckled redhead) and Azami (the angry girl).
Strange question of the week ...

I thought of some alternatives for T-shirt designs.

Would a Japanese girl wear a T-Shirt with a symbol on it?
(Like a western girl might wear a T-Shirt with the text "woman" or "girl" ...)

Or is this idea stupid for one reason or another. (Or did google translate mislead me and 女 means something else ;) )
