Is this story was influence by the strange drawing you made a time ago or you already had the idea but never though it as a game until now?
Sorry I didn't reply to this earlier. I didn't seem to get notified of this comment :s

Erm, well yeah it's meant to be very similar to the scene from the painting I did. The painting was copying the album art from one of my favorite bands but the original album cover art was a play on a famous painting by surrealist artist Rene Magritte. I kinda explained this in the screenshot thread so I'll paste what I said here:

author=Me
author=Fallen-Griever
You're making a Funeral for a Friend game..?
Well I did do a FFAF painting:

The cover of Casually Dressed... (and the amazing music videos) Was inspired by Rene Magritte's "The Lovers":

Magritte was a famous surrealist (And I happened to do a project about him at school :>) and the event theme is Surrealism. FFAF are a big influence in this game actually, yeah :/ As cheesy as they sounds. However I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a Funeral for a Friend game :D

/me is secretly chuffed that somebody recognised it.

The sky is very Magritte too! So that's good.
/me has flashbacks to year-11 art. - Having to paint Magritte's bloody skies over and over again.
the pillow shadingness makes them look like they're covered in dough or something
I guess dough will have to suffice then. I really struggled for ages trying to get the look of cloth that still showed some features through it. So whatever. It'll have to do. :<
I think it looks great.
