Epic. Comedic. And everything inbetween. Follow an enormous cast of seemingly unrelated people as they explore just how awesome this world really is.

Political drama, political intrigue, political unrest, political upheaval, political science, political awesomeness - and that's just the political stuff.

~Features~

- Expansive ensemble cast - hundreds of named and developed characters - you'll encounter assassins, child geniuses, defunct royalty, loose cannon detectives, pop singers, mafia, corrupt clergy, false main characters, secret organizations, even secret-er organizations

- Expansive story across dozens of groups, parties, associations, factions, sub-factions, subdivisions, longdivisions, P.O.V.'s, P.O.W.'s, P.O. Boxes. Basically, this game is a riot.

- Expansive array of mini games and other distractions. Puzzles, shooting, memory games, reflex action, car chases, and other things that have nothing to do with RPGs.

- Expansive soundtrack. Seriously. Expansive.

========Author's Note=============
Honestly, jokes aside. This game is a project we've been working on for years. Like 15 years. If this description is too vague, it's because this game covers way too much material to describe in a synopsis. You really just need to see for yourself. Everything we see in real life/television/etc that we consider funny or awesome or whatever we aspire to put in the game. This is the result.

We take pride in our story telling and character development. It's the focus of our project, along with our music selection and directing techniques.

We hope you have as much fun playing this game, as we did making it.

AYYY RELEASED

Remember two years ago we said remake was incoming? I had everything sorted out like "Man, this is going smoothly for a change." Then Life said "Haha, hold my beer."

Anyway. No more empty promises... HERE IT IS!

More characters!
More story!
More cutscenes!
More CBS!
Less meaningless gameplay elements!

If you've played the original version, everything after the first 5 minutes have been revised. Many characters have been rewritten or redesigned(especially Phenix and Misty), and you'll follow multiple storylines concurrently with Phenix and Sledge. No more default battles, they've all been replaced with CBS.

Episode 1 is complete. Episode 2 is in progress.

As always, let me know of any bugs you encounter. I've played it through multiple times, but never formally had anyone else test it.

Tell me what you think of the new characters, the narrative, flow, etc.

Just so you know, you spelled PHOENIX wrong. You spelled it PHENIX.
i was unaware of that, my bad lol. I do like PHOENIX better though. It looks nicer. I must say though, I do like the looks of your game. Gives me a high quality SNES feel.

Oh, I agree. But it's kind of a running gag in our game that we use real words or names with maybe one letter changed.

Oh man! That opening scene is absolutely insane! You guys are good!

I like how it was timed perfectly with the music. I'm guessing that most of you guys scenes do exactly that?

Glad, you liked it.

Not all of them. About half of the action sequences.

A lot of times, the gamer needs to be able to read the dialogue in my cutscenes, otherwise they might miss plot points. So, I have to let them advance the text at their own pace. That kills any possibility for syncing.

Other times, there's interactivity with onscreen prompts. It's pretty much gotta be the right song and scenario for it.
This is really nice work. Can't wait to get my hands on it! :)
Please tell me you guys have been quietly forging ahead on this game?

That's great news! Is the target completion date feasible at this point?
Hahaha this looks great, so looking forward to this. Intro made me laugh a lot, Colt's an idiot why'd he go close to the boss haha.

Well, it WAS feasible. No, expect it soon, though. Beginning of August. Need to do a round of testing, too.
very nice game,i loved the intro with the big battle!! I have encoutered a bug at the scene where phenix gets the injured man at the orphanage,a popup window shows with the message ''the file crianna was not found'' and the game shuts down.have tried redownloading but the same thing happens

arggh, missing file, i'll update immediately
Hmm, you spelled it crianna. The only file that could be referring to actually is a faceset that IS in the folder, the problem is it has the romance language soft 'C' where you put the second 'n.'

Crap, I don't know how to fix this. It's possible that your machine isn't registering that symbol and therefore can't locate that name when the game demands it.

I'll give you that file named exactly what it is you're missing. You'll have to tell me exactly what the error missing file is, if it's not 'crianna.' Or you can just take it and rename it whatever it appears as for you. That way, when your system calls for it, it'll be there and with the appropriate face.
Okay, here you go.

Download this.

crianna

Put it in the Faceset folder. If you crash at the same spot again, check to see the exact spelling of the missing file. If it's different than 'crianna,' then rename the file to the correct spelling.

I hope this works. And I'm sorry for the problems. Let me know if that helps. If it's correct, you'll see a little blonde girl face with the character Lucy.
Thank you for your your assistance, problem solved. The original file in the download was named crianΘα,dont know why..and after restarting i saw carefully the messagecand i noticed that the file needed was named crianηa,not crianna.i renamed it and it works now.guess a problem on my pc settings.Great job by the way,i love the graphics and the music is just so great..not repetitive and well adjusted on the scenes.
I'm going to rename that file altogether and replace it in all the events it's used in, just in case others have the same problem.
I have a "crianca" problem, instead of "crianna."

I'd just arrive in the orphanage when it occurred. Help?
Yeah weird stuff. Zadok, in the faceset folder there's a file called crianca. It has an unusual character in the spelling. Just rename it to whatever the error message says the missing file is. Exact spelling. I'll reload the game without that file altogether later today if you just want to wait.
