In the dream of a child stands an ancient manor filled with forsaken fancies and empty memories. Mysterious yet familiar to the child that wanders the lifeless house. What lies at the start of waking? Is this truly a dream? A memory? An illusion or reality?

This project contains the compiled maps from the Manor Mapping Madness collaboration. The aim of this project was to create a room with atmosphere - whether it be spooky, dream-like or creepy is up to the map maker.

Bug Update

There's a bug in the new version which makes it impossible to pass. I'm not sure exactly how it happened but a variable was changed and broke the event to get the sun key. I've since fixed the map but there's a few small bits and pieces I've been meaning to fix as well and I'd like to get them done before I upload the (here's hoping) absolute version.

Just unzip and paste the Map0005 and Map0043 files in with the rest of the maps (in the game folder). That should fix it up for now.

If you run into any more bugs, just leave a comment under this blog and I'll add it to the list for fixing and update the patch above.

Quick Update: Added another map to the patch (in downloads section). Apparently one of the switches had been deleted in the end event, leading to the game not being able to be finished. No idea how that came to pass but it's fixed now. Thankfully.

can someone please help, everytime i try to play this gaame it says "Arcan-system 1-1 cannot be opened"

You might need to redownload your file and unzip it properly. That file should be automatically included (the error you're getting is often triggered in the case of a missing file) and I just checked the download - it's there.

Hi, I have reached The room filled with shadows and I used them but, I'm still stuck Is it broken or have I mistake :)

Room with shadows? Is it off from the maze? If so, you should be able to just walk through. Oh, unless you mean the one with the pool table. Try talking to the statue for a few seconds, and checking around that area (far left area of the room). The door should appear.

If it's neither of those rooms, can you tell me where it's located? (or a screenshot).
