If you are going for a heavy 40k influence, you may want to re-skin those graphics. Gigantic space-duck does not a dystopian future make.
Even really, really solid writing is going to have a hard time overcoming the cheerful pokemon-grade quaintness of those screenshots.

This is going to be a rather light-hearted game and the only inspiration i use in this game is names and maybe some events...

No worries. I'm not offended (this can be a touchy community sometimes I guess?) A 40k themed rpg would be awesome, but, uh, I guess GW can be waaaaaay too protective of their information property.
Just look at that whole affair with Damnatus, for example.
