As a typical first generation Rm2k game, there aren't any advanced coding features to be found. Just a bare bones, linear, old school 10-15 hour RPG. If you're brave.

I love this game, simply because it reminds me of every game I made in my first 2 years with RPG Maker 2000... :-)

I agree with you! It also kinda reminds me ( I don't know why, of Hero's Realm)
Wow...just wow...

Congrats iishenron. You have created the first game that I have played on this site which got me to ragequit, and it only took a few hours!

First of all, there's the fact that almost every spot fits on one screen. It's odd, but I'm ok with it, and I convinced myself that this pointless restriction added some nostalgic charm.

Then there's the fact that you're told to head to one point, but for no reason other than (from what I can tell) to pad out the games run time, you have to go to several other places first. This was annoying, but eh, I convinced myself that the exploration would be fun.

The final straw however (besides the fact that this game is written like a bad fanfic, the main character being unbelievably underpowered in every which way, and overall just how laughably bad the dialogue is.) would be the fact that the directions given in this game couldn't possibly be so lazily vague. Oh, I have to go to one of 4 or 5 unnamed forests, and hope to find one spot that now has something in it, and then I'll be able to continue on with the game? I'll pass.

There's a lot I can deal with in a game, but this one hits too many wrong buttons. I'm sorry, but this is not a good game at all for me.
This game is iishenron's very first game, that was made way, way, WAAAYYY back in 2000 - 2002.

Proof: Here's a message board post from 2003 that mentions Miaka's Great Adventure:

So, yeah as is typical with first games--especially from RM2K's infancy--it has quite a few flaws.

iishineron's next game though...well, you might have heard of it before:

I finished the battle with King Myron's guards and headed to the Gnome Village, Now I'm facing this dragon-statues puzzle, but other than switching on and off the bridge, I don't seem to be advancing anywhere. Any ideas?

If a soluce of the game exist please share it !
Hello, iishenron.
I downloaded the game but... where's the executable file?
You must take the executable file to an another game Rpgmaker2k and put this in the file Miaka.
I want enter in the fortress of Flone but the forcefield prevent my team to go through it.
Trassa says "There has to be a way around" But where is it ?

You need to get the Enchanted Gold Spear from some story sequence. I don't really remember, but I think it's in the Gnome Village.

I had stumbled my way through this game so far and hit a point several times where I had no idea where to go and tried the brute force tactic of visiting every location and talking to every NPC. Once I needed to check a shelf for the first time in order to progress. I'm quitting at the 12 switch puzzle with no clues.
Miaka's Great missing .exe file beep beep beep
How can I possibly play it without an executor file?
Just copy executor file from another game made with the illegal version of RPG Maker 2000 into the correct folder. Though, I'm guessing it's probably missing other files as well.
