Well, here's the current idealization of the "park" dungeon, without events. I dunno. This whole idea of having a park-like area where the player encounters things seems like an even worse idea than before, somehow.
It doesn't look like a part at all: try making more side pathways and remember that trees commonly grow alongside the alleyways. Parks also tend to hae these quite extensive empty fields and there are few forest-like tree groups here and there, but the most important thing to remember when creating a park dungeon is to have lots of paths as parks don't tend to be straight lines. Either way, I haven't really seen a "park dungeon" concept in any game so I think you're going a good way.

This map is the "North" side of the park. I plan on making a a "West", "East", "South" sides. Obviously, all these cardinal-direction areas will be connected to a "Central" map.

Anyway, the only thing I know for certain with this park-dungeon is that the "Central" area of this beast should have some kind of ornament. Like a huge statue. Or a set of statues. Or a pond. Or a set of statues surrounding a pond. Something along these lines.

Image updated!

No, it doesn't show the entire thing, but, it serves as an actual in-game screenshot now.

Mayu looks very different in comparison to her appearance in another game I took interest in...

Yeah, I guess that particular portrait would suggest longer hair than she actually has. Most other portraits of the main characters are pretty spot-on though. Well, I'd like to think so, anyway!
