It is the year 2005. In an alternate timeline, humanity has progressed in warfare technology/technology 1.7X faster than this timeline because of multiple devastating wars. Most of Canada is occupied by The Northern Military Alliance, which consits of North Russia, Greenland, Norway, Iceland, and Siberia. They are a very agressive, powerful group, and America seens to be its next target.

You play as Adnan Jonson, a ruthless, precise mercenary of who lives alone. He's worked for the mafia, the military, and some other friends who need help. He's a deadly cross between a hitman and an assassin. He works well with guns and knives, but his honed skill of improvising is what makes him so lethal. Take control of him and use a combination of stealth, firepower, and improvisation to best your opponents in many levels and a few sidequests that take place around the world!

My Work

Yeah, I haven't been working on this at all...I sort of lost interest. In fact, I was thinking of putting the game on hiatus or even cancelling it.

BUT don't give up hope. I was recently re-inspired. (Before I didn't really see anyone having interest in the game, but just today I saw I had a subscriber. So someone was interested. Well subscriber, I'm doing this for you. I MUST finish this game.

This blog is mainly to inform those interested in my game that I am going to be working on it more and to post updates on the game that cannot be displayed in pictures.

Any opinions so far on my first game? I hope to get new pics in soon, Friday is likely.
Hey guys, I've been working on my project, but I have finals, so work will be slow. But after that is summer, so I'll have plenty of time to work. New photos might come soon.
Give it all on your finals! You'll see that after them, your "gamemaker spirit" will be rejuvenated! (and you'll have a nice score too C:). Bwahahhaha!!!

Cheers!
I think it's not unusual for a project without a download to not have many (or any) subscribers. I see a huge difference in the level of interest shown to my projects based on that.

P.S. I don't recommend using an image of how your game looks like in the development environment as one of your screenshots.
P.P.S. The retro purple sunset is cool.

Thanks all, would you recommend my posting a sample level or area to demonstrate some combat aspects of the game?

Yeah, that wouldn't be a bad idea. I'm not your target audience (I'm sick of the FPS genre as a whole) but it might attract others.
Heh, the FPS is only a part of the battle system, and i might just leave it out it anyways.
DONE WITH THE FINALS TIME TO WORK ON THE GAME!
I am working on a demo. But it will be a short demo. It will be the first mission. And maybe a minigame.
I feel bad about this, but I am putting this game on hiatus. I've currently lost interest. :( For all those who subscribed, I'm really sorry if you were looking forward to the game.

But I am working on another game...It should be far more simpler (in a way). I'm making the chipsets myself, and that eliminates a lot of potential problems with designing scenes and such, which can be a big deal for me because I ALWAYS start a game based on scenes & setting. (I probably shouldn't do that, because it leads to not even half-way done projects like MoJ :/)

Anyways, stay tuned! Hopefully I might be able move back to MoJ (I'll never delete the project) after I finish this project.
D:, but gook luck then. Hope you get to finish that other project, and THEN, MoJ gets next on your list >:D. Mwahahahahahah!! (?).

Cheers!
