Castle Greyrot, a new rogue-lite RPG on the horizon! Featuring Duran!

Hello, Time Travelers!
I've been absent for the past year, working on a new project called Castle Greyrot. Imagine Shattered Hourglass bosses, dialogues, decision-making, and job system but it's set in dark medieval times.
The story is Castle Greyrot is a living being that changes its location every 10 years and corrupts its surroundings wherever it goes. As an experienced Commander, you are summoned to engage in a raid on Castle Greyrot.
With mercenaries on your side, you're about to venture to the Castle and destroy the unknown evil force within. It's that simple.

In the forest slightly east of the checkpoint in Wland (where you would lose Juliet) there's an area with a large house, once I enter it it won't let me go back (says something like "No need to go back. Let's search here."). I think I have walked every step of that area and checked every possible thing, but nothing happens other than a note and maybe some bread or gold.
I can teleport out so it's not like I'm stuck there, but it just seems rather...uneventful, considering there was a short cut-scene of the skeleton guy walking into the forest. He is also nowhere to be found in the forest if I return there.
Am I missing something?

I downloaded your game yesterday. I found an error: in a battle with an eyeball and a cat-like creature in the volcano of chapter 2, I did a scan of the cat by the robot and got this:
Script'56 WEAKNESS PLS' line 536:NoMethodError occurred. undefined method 'name' for nil:NilClass
I did a scan on the eyeball just before this and that went fine...
Despite that it's an enjoyable game :)

Yeah, I couldn't find the fix of that issue, it sometimes works fine sometimes not.

I played and finished this a few months ago.
What can I say, this is a masterpiece. One of the best rpg maker games.
If I had to nitpick I'd say that there is some balance issue between characters and classes (the robot feels especially underpowered with his steep TP and MP costs and even throwing at it the best equip or giving him items that increase max MP do not make it shine, not even in endgame). Also I expected some kind of uber reward for defeating the Slime God in that 1vs1 :P
But, apart from that, I just wanted to drop by and commend you on making such a great game and giving me so many hours of enjoyment. I'll remember this game fondly.
There was also a bug that crashed the game and it involved the Robot's Scan ability. I think it was that Scan would crash the game if the other allies took any action other than guarding in the same turn. But take this with a grain of salt, as I haven't played in a long while.

Thank you very much for your kind words! I'm glad that you had great time with it! Even though I feel like I got so much thing to do with this game. With many classes in the game, Suan's skills are mostly based on utility, he got some pretty overpowered combos with agility boosts and armors, besides from that I found out Suan is the most durable of all the party members, that alone makes him very strong character. I believe the main issue of crashing... Scan command is combined with 2 scripts, it sometimes works sometimes not. I'll probably disable weakness scan from that skill. Hopefully it won't crash again! :~D

Is there any way to open the Purity chest by collecting 11 Bad Karma?
I have collected 10 so far,but i cannot figure out how to get the 11th one.
Particularly:
- 1 Bad Karma when you fail to save the girl with the dead husband.
- 2 Bad Karma when you meet Future Treephop, for the first time.
- 1 Bad Karma when you fail to save the miners.
- 1 Bad Karma when you meet Treephop at Trin Island.
- 1 Bad Karma when you fail to save the fisherman.
- 1 Bad Karma when you meet Treephop at Hunter's Hut.
- 1 Bad Karma when Mio eats Cursed Eagle.
- 1 Bad Karma when you bury Juliet.
- 1 Bad Karma when you meet Janet.

You are actually correct on counting the Bad Karma, when I added a side quest for Bad Karma, which is returning to the past Icywland I've counted that event as a Bad Karma but it gives a Good Karma. I'll make the purity chest requirement 10 Karma! Thank you for noticing it, I'm going to upload it soon :')

Yeah... That's not going to be happen. I wish that I could write the whole game on my native language but it's too late for now.
Found a major bug- the Guardian skill Healing Spirit (from Treephop's Meatshield class) heals the enemy party instead of yours. It shouldn't do that.

Also I'm working on fixing the grammar issues on the past. HELL... THERE ARE TONS OF IT. I might add some extra content on Shattered Hourglass. See you in the next update.

The second chest is pretty obvious one! If you've heard or watched "Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves" you'll probably solve it without an issue!
There are so many teleport passages, I can't say how many but there are plenty of it.
