Too much clothes on this one! D:
But I still like this either way.
I'll tell you a little secret.
Squall actually likes clothing D8
Don't worry though, I find any excuse I can to undress him.
What about it? Squall's always worn a silver stud.
I think I've noticed it once or twice maybe... Was too small to notice a lot I guess.
It's cool he likes clothes a lot. I know I do. *Looks at huge closet*

Yeah Squall basically lives in the closet.
Hurrrrr

Hmmmm...
...I see you have that "scar" on your face again, Mr. Leonhart.

It's been a while since I've played FF8, but doesn't Squall lose that scar at the beginning of Disc 2? If so, why does he have "another one" on his face? Seriously, the boy just never learns...
...It's a scar, dude. Squall has it the entire game.
Really...? I could have sworn that...
EDIT: ...Oh, my bad! The scene that I was thinking about was in the beginning of Disc 2 after the battle with Edea where Squall complains about "his wound has been healed;" that's probably what I was thinking of.
So, yeah, hehehehehe -- you were right. Besides, scars "don't heal up!" Even in a Final Fantasy game with its type of logic, I guess people can still have scars.
I need to stay out of the sun for a while; it's clogging up my judgement of things. X_x

As far as I'm concerned, that left a scar as well. Check shirtless Squall for details.
I like to think any major wound, even healed by Curaga or whatever, leaves a scar.

Ah...nice touch! Sounds like you've been doing your homework. ^^

Then...why doesn't "Cloud" have, like, a million scars on him after being impaled by Sephy in that one cutscene?
Unless the dude's body is made from solid stone.
You ever seen Cloud shirtless though? If/when I do draw Cloud shirtless I draw him with that scar.
Plus, if it comes down to it, FF8 has different world rules. I.E, magic works inside cutscenes/real world. The developers established this during the D-District section where Selphie attempted to use Cure but was stopped by an anti-magic forcefield, Squall also casts Thunder for another student if you pick the wrong thing and you can lose a SeeD rank during early Balamb sections. Meanwhile, FF7 had no instances of battle magic/items being used outside of battle, which is why nobody used a phoenix down on Aeris and no one used a Soft on Seto. Or, at least, that's the general idea.
edit: Cloud is also superhuman, which means he heals faster/is stronger/speedier than the average human being. Squall is 'normal', but uses GFs to do the same thing.
Cloud and Squall are fairly matched if neither are using Materia or GFs anyway, since Cloud has no formal training- i.e he brute forces everything (he was only formally trained with a rifle). Squall is a tactician and has something like 10 years of military training on top of being a gifted fighter in his own right. The meeting of superhuman strength to formal training makes them pretty much equal. Basically while Cloud hits harder, Squall can hit more often.
If Squall was SOLDIER, however, Cloud would start having a little difficulty keeping up :P.

Mannnnnnnn -- that was a good read; you truly know your lingo. ^^
I always did find that if the two of them ever fought each other in any given scenario that Squall would basically prevail because of all that SeeD training he's endured over the years verses Cloud who really has no informal training at all. (although he was in SOLIDER for a while but wasn't really in first class like his friend Zack was; so I guess he could probably hold his own if he needed too)
Either way, time to get this wooden ship back on track. Enough jibber-jabberin' about the good ol' Final Fantasy games of old. (at least the ones I USED to play)
(BTW, judging from the portrait, Squally boy needs some more moisturizer for his dried up lips. :D)
