Ex-Stigma is a game set in the world of Eidolaz, home to the magical creatures called Eidolians.

200 years ago earth was faced with a virus that threatened the entire planet and all life on it. Desperate for a new planet to evacuate to, the Stigma corporation launched a space exploration project that would later lead to the discovery of Eidolaz.

200 years later, the Eidolians are in hiding. Hiding from the humans who overtook their planet. After giving the humans everything they needed to have a sustained and capable living enviroment the humans became greedy. They started experimenting on the Eidolians , creating "Stigmas" Magical orbs capable of harnessing the power of Eidolians and usable by humans.

Now ,humans are born with eidolian powers , the climate on Eidolaz has mutated the humans over the years. Some can control it, while others are not so lucky.
