Those trees to the left of the guy in red, and the green grass seem a bit off with the rest of the trees and such. Also, there should be ponds, moats, or lakes so realistically they could survive.

Yeah, and the village should have a clothing tailor so people can get new clothes and a farm so people can realistically eat and a post office so they can mail stuff and a pot maker because where did the pots come from and a walmart because you're not a town if you don't have one, all because this is serious business.
