CloseThere are 5-6 pairs of running shoes throughout the game. I think that you may have missed the second pair (along with two espers, some various goods, and AN ITEM SHOP THAT SELLS ETHERS).
There's definitely a pair on the Lindblum continent somewhere, but I forget where. Be thorough. :)

author=UPRCIt's a bit hard in a game like this. IF I HAD A GUIDE- maybe. No promises. Speaking about that, make sure you direct me to ANY item that turns off random battles, or a special something that you want to be shown on camera. Anything that turns off RB will increase my chances of finding things by 50%. Also, I found that overpriced ether shop off-cam. THANK YOU VERY MUCH (Too bad I was low on gill.)

They're not. Trust me, they're not. I have, like, 80 of them at the end of my videos but no- no- no- no, FUCK NO, PLEASE NO~~~~
You have 80 freaking ethers now? I can't even fathom how long you must have been grinding to accomplish that, at least at the point of the game you're at. 99 ethers at the end of the game would be a breeze though.

author=flaminphoenixWell, not really. The ability to freely roam the world is almost directly after the underworld, and there are a few shops that sells ethers. Clareain_Christopher knows for sure that he can buy them at Lenadia City, so he can simply go there if he isn't able to locate them elsewhere, and it won't be long after that when EVERY shop in the game will be stocking them (along with cabins and mega potions).

you can never revisit them after returning to the surface.

The Namingway Cave on the moon in FF4 sold elixirs, but that's the only one I can think of. I'm a bit against the idea of that, but we'll see.
And I'm not sure how much the abilities will stack. It's pretty random.
Right, wiki sais, you can buy it in FF2, FF4 + FF4AY and FFV (Phantom Village).

Somewhere around 250,000 I believe. It could even be closer to 300,000. I'd have to look to be certain and I can't do that at the moment.
He's frustrating me, especially his Curaja and his high-damage attacks. :/

If his Curaja is posing a problem, I'd say put him aside for a bit and return when you have some tier 3 weapons/powerful summons. Godot and Oalston may also be useful with tier 3 magic. If Oalston has meteo then you're set for life.

The tactic was like this:
Vahn - Keeps damaging with Climhazzard and boots the power of everyone
Nobumasa - Attacking + Chackra
Oalston - Virus + use ethers when necessary
Ami - Big Guard and White Wind + use ethers when necessary
I think this set-up is really strong, I put Ami instead of Elina cause Ami has a better utility than Elina ( Big Guard, White Wind etc. ).
My averange Level was 50+, and woohoo, my first trophy. XD
I must say, the idea with the achievements was really nice.

Twenty minutes! Wow, that's pretty long. Once you start getting the best stuff, the heavy hitters like Zemus can go down in a mere five minutes.
I've only two 3rd Tier weapons, Sky Render and now Highwind, Nobumasa did 2000 Damage per hit (3 Attacks in a row), so ~6000 damage per round, Vahn 2000 with his Climhazzard and Oalston 1800 with Virus.
So, yea i'll take a while.
