Well this project start like an engine of a message system, but I have some more engines made for it and I want to make some game with this.

History:
After the events of Lufia 2 (around 16 years later), Jeros lives in Parcelyte and after an events, he had to leave the town and start an adventure.

Because the game don't continue the history of Lufia: Fortress of Doom, its use some charas and other things for make this "another sequel"

Features:
-Worldmap based in Lufia 2, with changes after 16 years, some towns destroyed
in Lufia 2 can be appear here restored, some Lufia 1 towns going to appear too and maybe from Lufia 3 too.
- Submarine and dirigible in the worldmap
- Skills like arrow, hook in Lufia 2, etc using own engines I' making
- Message system I made like Lufia
- Dungeons with puzzles!
- Multi language
- Map designs like Lufia games, and old&new sprites adapted

Some updates in the menu for choose skill, (Selan is only a placeholder)


The worldmap is based in the Lufia 2 worldmap, but after 16 years the world has changed and there is new towns and other towns doesn't exist.
Now Im working in make new sprites for the overworld.

About the localitations in the map now:
Parcelyte town (Lufia2)
Parcelyte Kingdom (Lufia2)
Chatam (Lufia1)
Sheran (Lufia1)
Bound Kingdom (Lufia2)

I added a skill for cut with the sword, but still I have to make more skills for know if someone going to make something about the plants and change the code.

You should add in the game description that is using DynRPG, to avoid confusion and show people why DynRPG is so good!

Actually the rope system don't use any dynrpg plugin, all is made using events, the only plugin I used is for the NPCs that can go to any x-y position (the oldman in the video) that I use the pathfinder plugin.

Sorry, I mistyped. I meant that you should say in the game description that this game uses DynRPG. You know, to brand it, so people can tell that this is a DynRPG enhanced game. Spread the word. Show off the goods. Promote the product.

With a system you mean. Saying engine is confusing, as 2k3 is known as the "engine".

I've been working on a Lufia fangame for 6 years using just the basic RPGmaker 2k3 software, I've never used any type of plugins or anything like that. I was just wondering if there was a way to make the rope work with just the basic stuff.
He already stated that the rope is not made with DynRPG. It's just a matter of using events and move hero commands as usual. DynRPG doesn't change anything you used to be able to do, it only adds new things as seen here - http://rpgmaker.net/forums/topics/10254/?p=14#posts

Alright, well that's what I'm asking about =P, I want to know the event set up he used for the rope, if he would be up for sharing of course. I'd very much like to add a hookshot into my game, and its basically the same thing.

Yeah, I imagined thats what it would involve. I believe thats the same thing I had to do for bombs in my game etc.
I'm really quite amazed with the way you are doing skill items. I've been trying to figure out how to make "Arrow" work for years, and I simply can't find a way.

Really the arrow is the skill most easy to do, the arrow have to be an event, and moving it and savind his x-y coord any switch can be activated

I can get the arrow to work, but having it disappear when it hits any object (and walls) is my issue.
Move event: rightx16 for example, change graphic to nothing (checking the ignore moving) and usually atleast in my rpg maker when its finish and can't continue moving the move event of the arrow "jump" to the change graphic and don't continue trying go on.

Maybe I can make a thread explain this better
