Warporium Arcade is an indie game created with Construct Classic. The closest thing to describe it would be a simplified version of Geometry Wars for Xbox Live Arcade. This short little demo doesn't have much content, but it might be worth your time to play for a couple of minutes.

You play as a triangle shape that can shoot and move around in the direction you are facing. The level starts out pretty easily. There's just a couple of easy to hit shapes. As you get a higher score the level will throw not just more enemies at you, but different kinds of enemies. You can also pick up a couple of different power ups and health recovery items if your lucky. (The controls are easy to get used to. Press up to go in the direction you are facing. You can press left and right to change the direction. And you press Z to fire.)



You start the level with 100 health and as you destroy enemies you get a higher score. If an enemy hits you, you will lose health. The level restarts if your health reaches 0. There isn't much else to it, but what there is might be worth a bit of your time. I found the game easy to pick up and challenging enough to play for a couple rounds. It's fun to see how far you can get and what sorts of enemies the game will throw at you as you progress. I give this game a 3 / 5.
