When I was a kid I saw the Pokemon anime before I played the games. The games are awesome but I have always wanted something a bit more inspired form the anime, those ridiculous combo moves or those different creative ways to use each Pokemon.

This is a test drive of my imagination, something very small and simple to just put out there and see what others think of it.

I would some day like to make a complete game of this sort, something more complicated, where the players can catch and choose which Pokemon to use per battle, some randomness during battle, and even evolutions occurring during battle, a good story and etc. It is a bit too ambitious and so will depend a lot on how well this demo is received, so let me know what everyone thinks of it.

The game:
5 different endings, less then half an hour to beat all the endings, the player would have to choose an option from a list of two every now and then and see things unfold.

Have started working on the sequel.

Till I can get the page for the sequel up I am going to use this blog and try to generate and audience.

Battle flo II is going to be a trainer battle with 3 pokemon each. The initial teams are, opponent: Rhydon, Noctowl and Polliwhirl, player team: Charmeleon, Flaaffy and Weepinbell.

Would anyone care to comment? Come on man.
I like the concept of Pokemon using the environment to their advantage/disadvantage. I always thought of an idea like this but never knew how to put it in practice. Although maybe movement can be put into the program to. The amount of spaces they can move is based on their agility. I don't know, just an idea xP Good work so far. Can't wait to see what this 'evolves' to. (SeewhatIdidthere?) xD

I would love to see something like this become a full fledged game play. I know it would be a lot of work, but I think it would become something very enticing.

Good idea, but it's a little too rigid. I can see how it would have been done this way as a test, but there needs to be variation in the outcomes for me to call it "good". Good effort, though.

I know what you mean. and thnx fot the play through dude. Working on the sequel ryt now. I will try to lessent the rigidity but its still gonna be pretty rigid, probably
