Howd you get that light around you?

It's just a picture you have come up with some transparency. Make it a white circle. I think that's how it's done.

Yeah, it's just a white circle gradiating into a black backround. Then just display it over the hero with a bit of transparency.

I always admired how this game had maps that are interesting both visually and interactively. Which probably makes them the best maps on the site.
