This is an original puzzle adventure with a childish-silly story (think Kirby).

Short Story Summary
Our protagonist lives in Rounds Ville where evidently all the residents are spherical. One day his whole village gets sucked by something called a vortex, and it's now his turn to play the role of the hero.

Improvements

A friend of mine (Avee) pointed out that the game is too short and feels shallow after a while.

Simple questions,
*If I ever were to make more levels how many should I do
*How can I make this un-shallow

PI is a puzzle game for RPG Maker VX Ace. And I use the term "puzzle" here very loosely. The game play pretty much comes down to using 2 different black floor tiles to create a hidden pathway. When you walk onto a black tile that is passable it will turn into a square star tile so you remember that you can walk there.

The game tries to introduce some mechanics in an attempt to make the idea of this interesting. In Part II you will be introduced to a jumping mechanic and in Part III some strange purple control switch mechanic that you'll not even bother to understand. And if you play longer than that... Well I congratulate your patience with this game.

Is it all bad? Well no, it isn't. The game creator does show some great artistic potential in the starting scene of the game. The sprites and tiles in the game are also very well done. The sound design is well presented for the kind of game this is. So not everything about PI is a horrible experience. What the game really lacks is substance. There's a decent idea behind it all that is never fully realized.
Twas nice and casual of a playthrough. Perhaps something more could be developed through this in the future, such as adding more puzzles and traps, a longer fleshed out story, and the like.
