So...

This is the page where you get to tell me what I screwed up, your dislikes, likes(preferably), bugs, errors, omissions, and just about any other piece of feedback you have regarding the first demo of Ark: Of Light and Darkness.

While criticisms are appreciated, please do keep them concise and relatively venom-less, as my fragile ego can't take it. Nah, I'm kidding. It's a necessary part of the process, obviously. I will wholeheartedly accept any and all scrutiny in my quest to create an enjoyable game that our community can be proud of, even if it isn't in the form of a Final Fantasy fan game. That being said, the first person who says "WHY U NO FF7 LIMIT BRAKEZ!1!!" or something to that effect will get an e-punch.

Looking forward to your input and please, enjoy yourselves!

Oh, and I should mention the things that I'm aware of that seem slightly strange. In battle, items that heal you will show a smaller number but actually heal you for a larger amount. Reason being is that the formula for the recovery handles the percent restored and the effect handles the flat amount. This was done to make the CSCA encyclopedia function portray the value of the healing item. I don't know why it is that way it just is for now. Same goes for the Ep recovery effect, though there is no percent associated with it just a flat effect. Other healing effects such as spells function properly, I do not know why at this particular moment but I'm looking into implementing some kind of fix. Another thing in combat is that while there is a combat log, I felt the messages that display on the top of the screen were somewhat redundant, as if you see a '23' pop up over your character, saying "blah blah was dealt 23 damage" is unnecessary. If it makes you feel better, though, then you can scroll over to the battle log to check for messages you deem important.

Anyways, again, please feel free to offer feedback and most importantly just enjoy yourselves, that's what this whole crazy site is about, anyways.
