The Plot:

This story takes place on a small group of planets and space stations dominated by a Sophorian alien race. In their society they also have some humans and one other alien race. The humans are said to be the survivors of an apocalypse and have come from the planet Gaia, which is now known to be a war-torn wasteland. The Sophorians still continue to look for more human survivors, however, and fully integrate them into their society. The latest human arrivals have been put on the space station Chimera.

However, a few months later a conflict had occurred on Chimera. One of the humans created a small following and initiated a rebellion against the Sophorian government. The Sophorian government responded to it incredibly quickly and immediately issued troops to quarantine the entire station and kill every human on it!

Why was there a need for such drastic measures? And why did that small group of humans revolt so suddenly? What’s Sophorian government planning exactly and with what purpose? It is now up to you to start your journey amidst the conflict on Chimera, travel from planet to planet, assemble a team, and eventually get to the bottom of this.

- Each playable character now has an attacking skill that uses no ammo
- Some skills will now be acquired at earlier character levels
- Slightly increased actor hit chance/accuracy
- Increased EXP gain from some early game enemies
- Shortened healing and assault rifle fire animation lengths
- Turned down the volume of some sound fx
- Balanced item prices:
- Healing pills are now 15 astras

Heya Aster. Glad to hear you're liking the games, and yes, that is fine with me if you want to do a Let's Play. In fact, thank you for considering it. I'll be very interested to see it.
Hi Matseb, your game looks good. I just downloaded the non-rtp version a second ago but I get an error message when I try to play saying that RpgmakerVxAce RTP is required to run this game.

I'm wondering, would that be because I don't own rpg maker as of yet?
Hello Kin. Yeah, that's all right if you don't own the RPG maker. You can download the RTP files for VX Ace here: http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/run-time-packages

Those files are basically the default stuff that's included in RPG maker normally (but without the engine itself). If you have it on your computer, you'll be able to play non-RTP versions of any game made in that particular version of RPG maker. Hope this helps.
Just a "quick" comment, question, something - I've been playing for about an hour or so, and I thought to myself 'HEY, this is actually only the second sci-fi rpg I've tried, made in rpgmaker (and only the fifth game in total)'.

I was wondering if it would be okay with you, if I submitted a review of this game when I finish? I ask since I'm pretty new to actually using the site. It would also be my first review.

Somehow, I thought I would have made several games in the makers by now. I haven't really given myself permission to use the time required - but I DOOO have the time to play!

Oh, and so far I'm really enjoying Incitement!
Heya Ocelot88. Yeah, that would be great if you wanted to write a review. Thanks for checking out the game and it's nice to hear you're enjoying it. If you like this one, you'll probably like the 2nd part too (I personally think it's better than the 1st part, but some players might disagree). Oh and if you get stuck on any bosses, feel free to ask and I can give some tips on how to beat them.
I did not enjoy this game. I think the ammo mechanic is poorly done. Yes, it makes it more realistic, but when you run out of ammo, and just have to sit there and wait to die, it is not fun. I've tried this game twice and I'm not trying it again. I'm not trying the others in this series either. A disappointment really. I really wanted to play these and see what happened. But as long as that stupid ammo ability is in there, count me out.
Heya Magnaangemon01. Yeah, this game is kind of rough, if I admit so myself. The 2nd part is a lot more streamlined, and there are ammo stations in every dungeon that replenish your ammo fully.

3rd game that I am working on now (and which will be commercial) now has regular attack not use up any ammo at all (characters attack melee instead of shooting). It's up to you though, but most players would agree that the games get much better with each one. :)

I will be updating the 1st game sometime soon and I'll re-balance some things. Thanks for the feedback.

Random thoughts- includes spoilers

this is the 1st game i saw that came with text docs that explain all that XD

:( drink dispenser doesn't explain why things do b4 you buy

female restroom should have a sign outside the door. something to make it obvious what the room is
same with the male

love the lil tooltips next to skills when highlighted

the dev did a good join on changing enemies.you don't fight the same ones for a unreasonable amount of time
encounter rate is good too

what is the difference between all out and auto? id figure one should keep them doing there own thing so you could just watch

when you get to your home planet gaia in the scene where you 1st get there its raining.
but after he scene its not.

should of had a option to save b4 significant choices

in the city near end of the game where you can take part in a tournament.
i had a issue with turns during these battles.
my party was Maddock,Seraphia,anku,and hesper
if i just normally attacked it skipped ankus turn and hesper could do something
but if i used skills it skipped hespers turn and anku could do something
Note-none of them had visible status effects
note2-confirmed Anku is the cause this glitch seemed to start after i got his final weapon
as i bought 1 of the 2 parts needed from the store. i think this is related to ankus final weapon somehow

max lvl is 25! pretty nice when creators do this. most games you don't see well above 20-30 anyway

its a real shame the dev went the cliche route...it would of been a MUCH BETTER ending to join Jorden
what he was saying made a lot more sense then your side does...
sure i like to be on the evil side but not when were pretending what were doing is morally right...
unless the choice to destroy them all gave me more of a ending i would of liked. tho i doubt it.
it takes too much time from those choices to try to see what changes there would be if any

if there are multiple endings would be nice if there was a bonus room after beating the game to view them :3

shame there was no item to negate random battles

this was a ok experience. felt a lil dragged out and i wasn't interested in the characters or plot by the end.i liked how there were choices some of which effect the gameplay others are too time consuming to be worth finding out.
gameplay was 6+ hours long

Overall
assuming turn based battles dont bother you this is worth a play.
Am trying to find all the medical people required to finish the Head Hunt mission - have found 3 but there must be more - can anyone tell me where to find them= thanks
Heya Wybella. I've recently had someone ask me about this on Aldorlea forum. Not sure if it was you or another person, but here's the list that I posted on there:

The first one is in Silbaen, in Lite & Dark bar. However, she is only there on the first visit. On return visit she is no longer there (assuming she moved on).
The second one is in Denarian town, in the Medical.
Third one is in Raknar (the first town you get to, the deserty one), in the area near the gates. She only appears on return visit.
Fourth one is in Acdoran. He is standing near Bron. Only appears on return visit.

You get rewards for each individual person you find rather than for all at the end, so even if you missed one, you'll only miss out on 1 item. Hope this helps. :)
